What has been the most difficult part of going GF? If you're not GF but are here because someone you know is, what do you think the most difficult part is (In other words, put yourself in a GF person's shoes and take a few steps)?
For me, the most difficult part is the people who simple don't listen. I'll tell people I can't eat anything with wheat, barley, or rye at a restaurant and they give me bread (for example). It's silly, I know, but still.
