Tips to help with the GF lifestyle.
12/30/12 - Add a tablespoon or two of some VERY strong coffee to anything you're baking for a flavor boost (it can help cover the chalky flavor or aftertaste some GF mixes/foods have). My favorite is with anything chocolaty. So. Good.
12/31/12 - Just because you think something isn't gluten free (like ketchup) doesn't mean it isn't. Gluten is in TONS of stuff that it typically shouldn't be... Solution? Don't eat/use it unless you know for sure!!
1/1/12 - In the beginning, eating GF will seem like a lot of extra work, but once you know what works and doesn't work for you and what you can and cannot eat....it'll be a piece of GF cake.
