Ingredients:
- 2 filet of any salmon (I used steelhead salmon with skin, but it's entirely up to you)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp of ginger
- 4 tbsp of capers
- 1 tbsp of butter, thinly sliced
Directions:
- Set the oven to 380 degrees F.
- Grease or line a baking pan & lay the two filet of salmon onto the pan.

| As you can see, I first seasoned the salmon on a dish lined with parchment paper. Later, I just moved it to a pan. |
- Sprinkle the salt, pepper & ginger onto the salmon.
- Add the capers and lightly press them onto the salmon so they won't roll off as easily.
- Lay the slices of butter on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. When it's done, feel free to add garnish or more salt, butter, capers, or any other ingredient. It should look something like this:
